TRACEY
master stylist & salon owner
Tracey has sharpened her scissors and honed her flair for colour and style at a number of high-end salons in the South of England for well over (shhh) 40 years before taking the ultimate step of owning her own salon. Armed with significant knowledge and expertise across all areas of hair styling and colouring, Tracey is passionate about helping clients achieve their hair aspirations.

Tracey loves a good chat (although if you’re more of a sit-in-silence type, then that’s also fine). She’ll love to tell you about her gorgeous dogs at home but will natter about anything!

JULIE

With over 17 years of experience in the industry, Julie revels in making her clients feel confident with their hair styles and colours. With a specialist flair in colour, Julie creates bespoke colours and cuts that are tailored to each individual client.
As an assessor within the Salon, Julie loves to share her experience and know-how with trainees, helping them to develop their skills, advance their confidence and become the best version of themselves.
Outside the salon, Julie enjoys spending quality time and sharing adventures with her family.

EMMA
SENIOR STYLIST
Emma is a creative genius and loves to see her client’s delight in the sensational results she can wizard up. Having 7 years in the industry, she continues to develop her knowledge of the latest hairdressing trends and techniques. Emma is enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge in practical ways for clients to maintain their style, colour and condition at home so that her clients can get the very best out of their Serenity experience.

stylist & DIGITAL MARKETING CREATOR
Jasmine has been busy building her client portfolio and continues to progress and thrive within our salon environment. With a keen eye for the latest trends, Jas has a sharp instinct when it comes to colour and style. Jasmine is also a bit of a social media whizz and helps take care of updating our digital presence when she isn’t enchanting her growing client list with her styling and colour abilities.
As newly qualified, Jasmine offers a range of hair services and continues to expand her areas of expertise.

MADI
BEAUTICIAN & TRAINEE HAIR STYLIST
The newest addition to the Serenity team isour Beauty guru, Madi. With a long-held passion for all things hair and beauty, she is very excited to be turning that passion into her career with us.
On the beauty side, Madi is a qualified and trained beautician, offering clients a whole range of services for the brows, lashes, hands and face and works with our experienced stylists on selected hair cutting and styling as she develops her expertise in hair.
Madi just loves to pamper her clients, leaving them confident and refreshed and our clients can enjoy generous introductory offers whilst she establishes herself.
