I am always very pleased with my hair colour, cut, staff friendliness and the salon environment.

I’ve been here twice now and both times I have been extremely happy, not only with the level of customer service but also the cut and colour. The products used have really made a difference to the condition of my hair. I would highly recommend this salon for their knowledge and expertise.

Very happy with the service I received from Tracey. It was my first appointment with her. I explained I wanted to go darker while still keep some of my blond highlights. Tracey spend time talking me through the different colour options & advised me on the colour that would achieve the look I wanted. She also cut my hair into a bob, really pleased with the cut. I was really pampered, wrapped up in a cost blanket on a recliner couch, served a lovely coffee & cookies! It's a lovely salon & all the staff make you feel very welcome. I will definitely be back ☺️

Lovely hair done by Jasmine. Whilst doing her training she has, cut, blow dried and coloured my hair and is doing amazingly.

Had my hair coloured (blonde T section) by Jasmine today and she did such a great job, it was my first time at serenity hair as I usually go elsewhere and Jasmine did such a wonderful job at fixing my hair from what I had somewhere else (which I wasn’t happy with) but she fixed it perfectly, really happy with it :) everyone was super welcoming and lovely in serenity hair. Definitely will be continuing to get my hair done there 🥰 Thankyou ladies
