I am always very pleased with my hair colour, cut, staff friendliness and the salon environment.

I’ve been here twice now and both times I have been extremely happy, not only with the level of customer service but also the cut and colour. The products used have really made a difference to the condition of my hair. I would highly recommend this salon for their knowledge and expertise.

Tracey is good. She gives tips in doing properly to look after at home. The hair oil mixture is a bit 'OILY' but leaves your hair nice of soft. And she's soooooooooooooooo funny. I'm leaving after discussing about tips on how to keep my mums hair curly and to take her grey and silver hairs away.

Just excellent all round. Tracey has managed to work wonders at sorting a previous extremely bad cut elsewhere. Thank You.

I found this hairdresser when I was looking for a same day appointment to have my hair done for a night out. I was really impressed by the warm welcome from all the staff, and the knowledge of the owner Tracey. She instructed Jasmine on a different cut for my hair which I absolutely love, and have been back a couple of times since then to have my hair redone. An absolutely fabulous team, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect experience..would definitely come back ..actually booked for 6 weeks time (very unlike me). I had foils and a Bob cut from long hair. Amazing colour so suitable for my skin tone. Sharp Bob hair cut ...just love it - hair feels thicker and so much healthier. Jasmine was so patience and I just left the foils and the cut down to her. So glad I did. I live in lee and will absolutely pop in and say hi to the girls - such a friendly atmosphere, such a happy place. Ha ha forgot to mention Tracey the owner - my God such a beautiful boss human - she has amazing taste with the overall decor of the salon - Great taste in biscuits too 😋

Very happy with the service I received from Tracey. It was my first appointment with her. I explained I wanted to go darker while still keep some of my blond highlights. Tracey spend time talking me through the different colour options & advised me on the colour that would achieve the look I wanted. She also cut my hair into a bob, really pleased with the cut. I was really pampered, wrapped up in a cost blanket on a recliner couch, served a lovely coffee & cookies! It's a lovely salon & all the staff make you feel very welcome. I will definitely be back ☺️

Had my hair coloured (blonde T section) by Jasmine today and she did such a great job, it was my first time at serenity hair as I usually go elsewhere and Jasmine did such a wonderful job at fixing my hair from what I had somewhere else (which I wasn’t happy with) but she fixed it perfectly, really happy with it :) everyone was super welcoming and lovely in serenity hair.
